Description: As a Fractional Tax Senior you could spend a few hours a month up to full-time availability applying your technical and account management reputed company set across a variety of clients and industries. The Fractional Tax Senior oversees the delivery of a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations to multiple clients. This role is proactive and solution oriented, offering depth of experience to our clients in the fast-paced world of start-up reputed company. A successful Fractional Tax Senior at Escalon has a high level of technical tax proficiency, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow as a professional. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, and/or equivalent work experience. 3+ years in a busy, reputed company tax environment. CPA, JD, or EA license required. Proficient in tax software and reputed company Office suite. Experience with tech start up organizations preferred but will train the right person.
