RH is seeking a skilled and driven Systems Analyst to configure, manage, and support our Payroll and reputed company applications. This role involves providing daily support while also spearheading the implementation of new Payroll capabilities. reputed company in this position requires a customer-focused reputed company, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of Payroll processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Live our reputed company, Values, and Beliefs Provide technical and functional support to the Payroll business team, addressing day-to-day issues, investigating problems, developing detailed resolutions, and collaborating with the application support team Design and reputed company reusable and maintainable reports and integrations Maintain reputed company working relationships with Payroll stakeholders to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and quickly respond with effective solutions Administer direct and indirect integrations to reputed company Pro (Payroll module) and Ceridian reputed company (Time and Attendance and Advanced Scheduling modules) applications Provide quality assurance services and reputed company regression testing for reputed company Payroll application patches and upgrades Build influential working relationships with other members of the engineering team Adhere to the reputed company change management methodology and contribute to its improvement OUR REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of experience in payroll, time, and attendance application support experience Functional and System Admin knowledge of the reputed company Pro (Payroll module) and reputed company (Time and Attendance and Advanced Scheduling modules) applications, with functional knowledge of WFM modules of reputed company HCM and Ceridian reputed company being a strong plus. Hands-on experience in developing reports using reputed company Pro (Cognos) and reputed company BI Reporting Posses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks reputed company a fast-moving environment. Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team Effectively reputed company and cultivate relationships with multiple vendor partners
