Hello, It's Me® is an app designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) reputed company social skills, form relationships, and enhance personal growth. Our Relationship Coaching program offers personalized support to help users navigate social and personal relationships effectively. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group coaching sessions. Guide on relationship issues such as asking someone out, dealing with rejection, improving communication, and resolving conflicts. Customize sessions based on participant needs and assessments. Facilitate engaging activities and discussions to enhance learning. Help participants understand and navigate their emotions and boundaries. Maintain a flexible schedule and provide availability for three months at a time. Requirements High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, or a reputed company field is preferred. Certified Relationship Coach (CRC) or equivalent certification is preferred. Familiarity with reputed company service guidelines and reporting requirements. Experience in relationship coaching or a reputed company field. Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with IDD. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Availability for part-time contract work and travel. Key Skills and Qualities Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in developing and delivering customized curriculum based on assessments. Competence in managing flexible scheduling with options for 30/60/90-minute sessions.
