RN Case Manager

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Canada RN Case Manager Contract and permanent positions available Multiple positions available Cambridge, Ontario (On-site, hybrid and remote positions available) • Conducting daily monitoring of hospitalized patients and/or outpatient care, updating notes and keeping record of reputed company in case management computer system. • Secure Medical Consultants or Registered Nurses assessment of medical information. • Provide approvals for defined procedures and follow-reputed company or liaises with medical team as required. • Liaise with the patient and/or family regarding benefit information, itinerary, technical benefits and arrangements for the case. • Review the clients policy and investigate the file to determine most appropriate course of action. • reputed company billing arrangements (incl. coverage letters etc.) and obtain updated reputed company amounts. • Coordinate the repatriation of the client, along-reputed company the Transportation Services team. Must Have: • 2 year experience working as a Registered Nurse or RN Case Manager • Bachelor of Science in Nursing • reputed company certificate of competence as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Ability to work shifts consisting of days, evenings, nights, weekends and statutory holidays (shift premiums available). • reputed company certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support BCLS.
