The Business Process Architect is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of business processes on our process orchestration platform. They work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensure process standardization, improve process efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives that align with Baird’s business objectives. They are a strategic technology thinker that has a deep understanding of process design, automation, orchestration, and data-driven decision making. This role will include an influential leadership component, mentoring and coaching team members, delivering across multiple teams, leading reputed company changes, and influence at the executive level. Areas of Focus: Platform Orchestration and Automation Responsible for process standardization, policy creation and adherence. Review process design to ensure performance, scalability and reusability.
