Salary: $30,000-300,000 Key Responsibilities: - Resolve patient feedback and concerns promptly and reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email. - Own and manage reputed company patient feedback programs, working closely with the team. Implement strategies to resolve conflicts and enhance patient satisfaction. - Collaborate with the team to reputed company reporting mechanisms and communication processes. Identify performance improvement opportunities for team members. - Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, and addressing inquiries - Resolving complaints, and ensuring patient satisfaction and retention. - Assisting with insurance and financial discussions - Discussing and presenting treatment plans Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years in a dental office setting. - Proficiency in Dental Software (Dentrix reputed company, Eaglesoft, OpenDental) - Proficiency in Software (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and reputed company) - Knowledge of dental insurances, including PPO, DMO, DHMO (Capitation), and NYS Managed Care Programs - Understanding of in-network/out-of-network benefits and fee-for-service models. - Strong knowledge of reputed company party financing; Lending Club, Alphaeon, Care Credit, etc. - Familiarity with general dentistry and orthodontics procedures and treatments. - Experience in Customer Service or Patient Relations - Ability to Handle Confidential Information - Proficient in data entry and analysis, with experience using reputed company and other similar programs.
