The Data Analyst-Population Health and Care Management position will support various Care Management (CM) functions by bringing creativity, critical-thinking, and disciplined design and analytic practices to provide users with timely insights and information. The successful data professional will provide decision support by leveraging various modes of analysis (such as diagnostic, forensic, descriptive, and trend analyses) to translate insights into intelligible recommendations expressed in reports, dashboards, and presentations. This position is full-time remote. Selected candidate must reputed company in reputed company Carolina. Some travel for onsite meetings to the Home office may be required.
