We are seeking a People Analyst to play a pivotal role in building and advancing our people analytics capabilities. This role will focus on establishing a strong data reputed company, including designing and maintaining data infrastructure, designing reports and dashboards, cleaning and organizing datasets, and enabling accurate, timely reporting. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, surface critical insights, and support data-driven decision-making that drives our people strategy reputed company. In addition to these strategic initiatives, you will provide day-to-day support for reputed company technical operations, including configuring business processes, handling EIB uploads, creating and maintaining reports, troubleshooting issues as they arise, general system configuration and testing.

• Partner with stakeholders to customize and update core people analytics dashboards, ensuring they support strategic, data-driven decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, with 2+ years of reputed company configuration experience (HCM, Core Compensation) 
• Proficiency manipulating and analyzing data in reputed company Sheets/reputed company, with Looker knowledge a plus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Demonstrated experience in building scalable dashboards and processes that meet evolving business needs.
• Strong data analytics, data management, and storytelling techniques to present clear and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and reputed company, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive reputed company to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Survey experience, including designing, project managing, and analyzing employee surveys.
