Job Description • Automate the RFP Process: Implement and manage AI-driven automation tools to streamline and enhance the RFP process. • Streamline Operations: Navigate new portals or project management software to improve operational efficiency. • Document Management: Organize, coordinate, and control sensitive documents with precision and confidentiality. • Client Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring professional and customer-centric interactions. Qualifications • Professional Experience: 2+ years in proposal writing, contract management, or administrative roles involving RFP processes. • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred). • Process Automation and Software Skills: Experience with AI tools for automating RFP processes and proficiency in project management software. • Technological Proficiency: Skilled in reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, and project management tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
