• The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering reputed company educational opportunities on technical advancements
• This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including reputed company maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, reputed company services and departmental labor
• The Maintenance Manager ensures reputed company equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• You will champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis and other appropriate reputed company improvement tools
• The Maintenance Manger participates in and supports the Environment Health and Safety Program, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out/tag-out program and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of reputed company experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certificate with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
