Position Overview: As a Engagement Ambassador for iResponze, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online reputed company across various platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Booking.com, reputed company, reputed company, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner, addressing both positive feedback and concerns. Additionally, you will build relationships with our customers, ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed appropriately. This is a remote position with weekend availability required, estimated at 20-24 hours per week.
