Job Description: As an Auto Claims Insurance Adjuster, you will manage a significant volume of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to industry standards. You will handle everything from monitoring inboxes and diaries to mediating claims and managing vendor relationships, reputed company while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company a caseload of 150 claims at any given time. • Monitor and organize claims inboxes and diaries to ensure timely follow-up. • Review and document bills and ensure accurate processing. • Determine the reasonability of claims and authorize payments according to established procedures. • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding claim statuses and mediation. • Manage relationships with external vendors, including insurance companies and Insurance Guaranty Associations.
