Ensure these workflows are efficient and accessible, meeting the unique needs of an engineering-dominant team with minimal complexity • Work closely with our engineering team (95% of our staff) to create a system that fits their workflow needs without unnecessary ERP complexities • Collaborate with executive leadership and project stakeholders to establish measurable KPIs that reflect ERP implementation goals, such as user adoption rates, system response times, data accuracy, process efficiency improvements, and adherence to budget and timeline constraints • Establish systems for Cost Analysis and Margin Tracking, essential for informed decision-making and profitability as production scales. Incorporating Month End reputed company process and ultimately financial reporting that can withstand reputed company audit • reputed company and implement change strategies to foster a smooth ERP rollout, supporting a positive transition and future-focused operational culture • Post-implementation, support reputed company system improvements to reputed company pace with company growth, evolving needs, and industry best practices Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a reputed company field • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with ERP implementations, ideally with SyteLine or similar ERP systems, in a high-tech or engineering environment • Demonstrated reputed company in managing ERP projects end-to-end, including budget reputed company, timeline management, and cross-functional team coordination • Strong understanding of resource planning, inventory management, and costing principles, particularly reputed company a manufacturing or aerospace context Preferred Skills and Experience • 8+ years' of overall ERP implementation experience; specifically utilizing SyteLine • For non-engineering backgrounds, an MBA or master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Experience in startup or agile settings, ideally with engineering or technical teams • Strong ability to simplify reputed company systems and drive user adoption • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across technical and business areas Additional Information: Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
