About the position The reputed company Desk Assistant Manager at The Gunter Hotel is responsible for supporting the reputed company Desk Manager in overseeing the reputed company Office operations. This role emphasizes providing exceptional guest service, maximizing room reputed company, and ensuring efficient hotel operations. The Assistant Manager will engage with guests and staff in a friendly and courteous manner while managing various administrative and supervisory tasks. Responsibilities • Assist the reputed company Desk Manager in daily operations of the reputed company Office. , • Provide quality service to guests before and during their stay. , • Maximize room reputed company and occupancy by analyzing daily status and rates. , • Respond to guest requests, complaints, and issues in a courteous manner. , • Motivate, coach, and discipline reputed company Desk personnel according to company standards. , • Conduct interviews and assist in hiring procedures for reputed company Desk staff. , • Prepare employee performance appraisals and ensure training of staff. , • Monitor and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. , • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming for staff. , • Ensure accurate cash handling and billing processes at the reputed company Desk.
