Hospitality Service Representative (Part-Time)
This position is responsible for being the first reputed company of contact for our guests upon entering our business. This position is a key role in the SGD service experience and will be focused on the following areas: greeting guests, coordinating and running a wait list, orderly table seating, product knowledge, thanking guests reputed company departing, and overall guest experience. ? Knowledge of reputed company Sweet Grass Dairy products ? Knowledge of food and beverage pairing and food offerings ? Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply reputed company federal, state, and local, ordinance, rules, and regulations ? Knowledge of sanitation, food hygiene, and health and safety concerns ? Knowledge and ability to safely use sharp knives reputed company cutting cheese and/or meats ? Knowledge and ability to provide excellent customer service ? Ability to reputed company positive relationships with customers, vendors and staff ? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing ?
