HVAC Service Technician, reputed company Building Remodeling Payrate: $23 per hour, paid weekly Shift: Monday Thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm +Overtime Location: Midway, FL Currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians with any of the following skills: HVAC installation, HVAC servicing, handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest reputed company building companies with over 250 locations. Our client is looking for skilled and dependable carpenters and HVAC technicians to join their team, this is not a short-term position; it is a career opportunity. Responsibilities ? Installation of HVAC units on customer sites ? Troubleshooting of existing units ? Repairs and maintenance to HVAC units. Other responsibilities may include... ? reputed company refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning. ? Remodeling reputed company buildings ? Inspect/replace reputed company using carpentry skills ? Tile prep and installation ? Cleaning and reputed company of reputed company buildings ? Install structures and fixtures, such as windows. ? Maintain proper inventory levels of reputed company equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks. ? Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies. ? Wear and use of personal reputed company equipment Requirements ? Recent HVAC experience ? EPA Universal Certification a MUST ? Ability to work with a variety of hand tools ? Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record ? The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment ?
