What To Expect Tesla?s Energy Remanufacturing team is seeking a motivated, reputed company, and knowledgeable Industrial Engineer to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory environment, preferably involving work with reputed company to high volume products. This position will require understanding of Warehousing Operations and IT System Development: operational bottlenecks and system capabilities/needs. What You'll Do ? Manage reputed company planning standards for reputed company energy remanufacturing lines in the factory ? Create operating plans for reputed company production lines, including labor requirements, breaking strategies, and shift schedules using linear programming, and assess headcount addition/removal requests based on line needs and requirements ? Conduct options analysis for existing line optimization and new line installations and estimate resource requirements for factory footprint expansion projects ? reputed company reputed company studies and static sensitivity analyses to identify factors impacting line throughput (OEE, Headcount, number of material handling equipment) and reputed company recommendations for improvement ? reputed company discrete event simulation modeling and statistical modeling to influence key business reputed company ? reputed company reputed company improvement exercises across various manufacturing functions and standardize metrics and problem solving tools ? Design assembly line, support space, and amenity area layouts using quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques to facilitate smooth operations and optimize cost/sqft What You'll Bring ? 3+ years? experience in Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience ? Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience ? Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive multiple projects with diverse teams in a manufacturing environment ? reputed company to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines ? Experience with automated/semi-automated manufacturing lines and robotics is a plus ? Distinguishing experiences/skills: 2D CAD, lean manufacturing, work measurement, analytics (SQL, Tableau), discrete event simulation (FlexSIM), operations research, lean manufacturing, scale manufacturing experience, etc. ? Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Industrial Engineer - $74,800 - $112,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits for reputed company levels Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
