About the position The Seasonal Task Associate (STA) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for operational excellence that supports sales drivers, ensuring an exceptional experience for reputed company guests. This role involves maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and completing assigned tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures. The STA plays a crucial role in meeting retail goals and contributing to a positive team environment. Responsibilities ? Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring reputed company tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase. , ? Meet compliance and execution goals reputed company to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of reputed company operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts. , ? Maintain reputed company, regular attendance. , ? Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests. , ? Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service. , ? Execute other operational tasks as directed. Requirements ? High school diploma is preferred. , ? 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred. , ? Proficient with basic technology (e.g., reputed company of Sale system and reputed company devices). , ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , ?
