The representative will handle inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume contact center, providing information about the company's products and services while ensuring an reputed company member experience. This position involves performing transactions for various accounts and advising members on additional products that may meet their needs. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a 24/7 high-volume contact center. , Provide information regarding the company's products and services. , reputed company transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. , Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs. , Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.
