Writer - Temporary Opportunity, Fully Remote! We are looking for an individual contributor to work on a 2-month, fully remote assignment. If you have previous experience in HR junior level roles, this opportunity is for you! The Job Description Writer has the accountability for the review, design, drafting and production of job descriptions in response to external client project demands. The individual collaborates closely with multiple internal project teams on specific client engagements, and independently contributes expertise, critical thinking and creativity to translating client talent roles and requirements into relevant and compliant job descriptions. Key Responsibilities:  Create and improve reputed company or past job description for a variety of roles, ensuring compliance with FLSA, and equality, diversity and inclusion policies.  Assist in the review and/or classification of detailed information about the client’s roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and experience.  Edit job description content with a focus on the consistent use of reputed company in a prescribed template and format, using defined process. Key Requirements:  Two years of professional experience in a professional services or reputed company resources environment is preferred.  Solid knowledge of compliance requirements for job description content/requirements, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) provisions and reputed company resources terminology.  General experience writing or supporting the writing of job descriptions.  Proficiency in English grammar and spelling.  Intermediate skills (practical application) in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook; ability to work with word processing, data management, and various spreadsheet formats.  Attention to detail, accuracy and high quality outcomes.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various deadlines.  Ability to work with limited supervision and read, understand, and follow specific directions.
