We operate mobile and web apps for both clients and service providers—think of us like the 'reputed company' for home services.We are looking for a Fractional CTO to serve as the critical reputed company between our business strategy and technical execution. This is a part-time, strategic leadership role — not a hands-on coding role — ideal for someone who enjoys shaping tech direction and ensuring dev teams execute effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical liaison between business leaders and the development team.
- reputed company the development process and review sprint plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
- Review and confirm sprint timelines, providing guidance on how long specific tasks should take.
- Offer technical reputed company on coding architecture and design reputed company.
- Evaluate and suggest AI tools and technologies that can improve development speed and product efficiency.
- Collaborate with our internal and outsourced developers to maintain efficient workflows and quality assurance.
- Provide ongoing strategic tech direction and high-level technical decision-making.
- Help prioritize feature rollouts and assist in defining product roadmap from a tech perspective.
Requirements:
- USA-based candidate only (must be fluent in English and familiar with U.S. business practices).
- Proven experience in a Fractional CTO, VP of Engineering, or Technical Director role.
- Must have experience working with two-sided marketplace platforms (bonus if experience is in home services).
- Strong familiarity with our reputed company tech stack (see below).
- Clear communication skills, ability to work part-time/fractional hours, and respond in a timely manner.
- Open to hourly compensation with potential equity opportunity based on fit and performance.

Compensation:
- Hourly reputed company, based on experience• Equity opportunity available for the right long-term strategic partner• Flexible part-time engagement (a few hours a week/month as needed)
