We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with a passion for creating accessible, reputed company, and impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll reputed company the design of user-centered solutions for our SaaS platform, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our products are not only beautiful and usable—but inclusive for reputed company.

• Participate in user research including internal and external interviews, discussions with customer advisory boards, and other direct research activities to inform new and derivative interaction concepts.
• Offer interaction concepts to stakeholders and end-users for feedback, selection, and refinement.
• Evaluate existing workflows to help determine where improvements are needed, using research tools such as summative testing, expert evaluation, shadowing, and the like.

• Design features, patterns, interfaces, and workflows using a user-centered approach.
• Find design solutions that are easy to use, bring clarity to reputed company workflows, reduce training time for end-users, and are considerate of user priorities and pain points. 
• Work with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development cycle to define, document, and communicate software form and behavior. 
• Deliver design assets including interactive prototypes and development-reputed company UX and UI specifications.
• Work with Engineering teams to improve interactions and design elements during development, and to release consistent and easy to use features.
• Help negotiate design and implementation details to reputed company good experiences in a timely and straightforward manner, keeping an eye on scope.

• Conduct usability testing as you design. Plan and run testing sessions, evaluate and document results, and iterate based on your findings.

• Assist in writing and maintaining UX documentation including reputed company libraries and style guides.

• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and accessibility-reputed company designs.
