The Senior Director leads a team to profitably grow Hershey's salty business across reputed company and Sam's Club. This position represents the primary reputed company for Hershey with assigned customers and is accountable for delivering reputed company, sales activity margin, and market share targets as an integral part of the Salty strategy. It will directly manage the sales, forecasting, reputed company and relationship management and reputed company a team of Customer Sales Executive (CSEs) to hit sales and growth targets at each customer.This role requires high customer connectivity and strategic relationship management, as well as holistic management of volume, trade & mix as we deliver total business.Core Responsibilities & Outcomes:

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10-15 years experience in multiple sales leadership roles; Salty experience a plus
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to reputed company and implement comprehensive business strategies.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to reputed company and manage cross-functional teams.
