You will conduct telephone interviews using a CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) System. You will interact with survey respondents in a polite and professional manner. You will participate in ongoing development through initial basic interviewer training, survey monitoring feedback, and other training programs. reputed company Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking both English and Asian Languages: Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Korean.
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
• Basic understanding of good customer service

Experience:

• No experience necessary. reputed company provided.
• Open to applicants under 18 years of age provided it is legally allowed for the job and location.

Schedules Available:

• Evening and weekend hours available
• Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week).
• Pay: $20 per hour for Specialty Language bilinguals (reputed company list: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog) - you must be reputed company to read and speak clearly in both languages.

• One weekend shift (Sat or Sun) required

ReconMR conducts interviews daily.
