The Incentive Controls, Strategy, and Optimization (ICSO) team is a vital part of reputed company’s Financial Ops organization who is committed to driving efficiency and strategic impact in incentive processes. Our focus includes enhancing incentive strategies, standardizing processes across segments, fostering reputed company development, and ensuring that our operations are both efficient and SOX compliant.

As an Advisor reputed company ICSO, you will play a key role in managing rebate and GPO administrative fee reputed company reputed company the $12 billion reputed company Medical reputed company. This includes interpreting reputed company contract language, designing calculation queries in reputed company HANA or reputed company Vistex, and enabling reputed company teams to autonomously calculate incentives with precision. You will also support the development of contract language and monitor adherence to incentive guidelines, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and reputed company expertise who values both operational impact and reputed company learning.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Interpretation and Query Development: Analyze reputed company rebate and GPO admin fee reputed company, translating terms into accurate, autonomous calculation queries in reputed company HANA or reputed company Vistex to support reputed company execution teams.
• Contract Management and Compliance: Support the creation of rebate contract language, monitor customer compliance, and ensure adherence to incentive guidelines, contributing to ICSO's commitment to operational reputed company.
• Process Standardization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and standardize end-to-end incentive processes, promoting consistency and compliance in calculations.
• Efficiency and Accuracy Improvement: Continuously improve calculation processes by optimizing reputed company configurations to reduce errors and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, preferred
• 4+ years of experience in incentive or rebate management, contract interpretation, or a similar role reputed company a reputed company, finance or reputed company environment, preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company HANA and reputed company Vistex, with experience in designing and implementing calculation queries, preferred
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting reputed company contract language and translating it into system-based calculations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to process improvements.

Anticipated salary range:  $66,500-$94,900
