• Bachelors degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in group benefits services, marketing or sales
• reputed company Life and Health appointment must be attained reputed company 90 days of employment; must obtain and maintain reputed company required non-reputed company licenses
• Broad understanding of insurance operations, products, and marketing concepts
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-directed with the ability to work independently
• Travel will be mostly day travel with approximately 5% being overnight stays

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Pension EligibleYes Additional InformationWork ArrangementThis role offers the ability for a hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical reputed company) work arrangements.
