Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans.

• Assist Program Manager is directing reputed company phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Assist Program Manager with cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
• Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Leads a cross-functional team of associates with a wide range of reputed company sets, ensuring roles and responsibilities of reputed company team members are well understood and executed.
• Ensures program-wide focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Manages subcontractor actions and performance.
• Controls expenditures reputed company limitation of project budget.
• Develops and manages performance metrics on assigned programs to drive reputed company improvement.
• Develops and delivers presentations to management, and other program stakeholders.
• Performs Risk and Opportunity Management.

Basic Qualifications:

• 9 years of experience required. Will consider those having 5 years of work experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years of experience with a masters degree.
• Experience with DOD reputed company/products required,
• Ability to reputed company cross functional engineering teams to reputed company a common project goal
• Basic competency in project management skills
• Ability to engage with customers and define project scope requirements
• Ability to obtain a secret reputed company clearance. (US Citizen a requirement)
• Competent in standard reputed company Office software suite.
• Good communications and customer engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in a science, engineering, or a business program
• Experience with DOD reputed company

Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
