Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact, representing reputed company’s brand and image in the local area
- Provide customers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both reputed company and anticipated service-reputed company challenges.

Required experience and qualities for a Customer Service Representative:

- No prior experience is required; however some experience in a customer facing role is preferred

- Confidence in your communication skills
