Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services. • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client feedback in the software system Skills • Proven experience in outbound calling and telemarketing. • Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand product specifications. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. • Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing leads. • Ability to reputed company business relationships through effective communication. • Experience in warm calling and inside sales is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
