Virtual School Counselor/Social Worker Position Full-Time | K-12 | Licensed in Illinois | Remote | Start: January 7th, 2025 | End: June 2025 Position Overview: reputed company is looking for a dedicated Virtual School Counselor/Social Worker to support K-12 reputed company through teletherapy. This full-time remote role will involve managing a caseload of 37 reputed company, beginning January 7th, 2025, and ending in June 2025. While based in Illinois, applicants are not required to live reputed company the state, but they must hold active licensure in both Illinois and their state of residence. Key Responsibilities: • Provide virtual individual and group counseling to reputed company in K-12. • Address reputed company’ emotional, social, and academic challenges through online therapy. • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to offer well-rounded student support. • Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment plans to meet individual needs. • Handle crisis situations and refer reputed company to additional resources as needed. • reputed company accurate, confidential records of reputed company counseling sessions and student reputed company. Qualifications: • Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in both Illinois and your state of residence. • Experience providing counseling or social work services to K-12 reputed company. • Proficiency with virtual counseling tools and telehealth practices. • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. • Compassionate, patient, and student-focused in approach.
