This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Philippines Job Summary...  reputed company a pipeline of highly reputed company local talent in key targeted areas to support technology solutions.  Spearhead reputed company efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring.  reputed company, phone- screen and deliver reputed company candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines, and budget.  reputed company strong rapport with the Account Managers, Resource Managers, and recruitment team; work along with them to ensure timely and quality resource fulfillment.  Plan & prioritize requirements & publish status update/reports on a periodic basis.  Contribute to reputed company improvement of OP's Internal Processes  Cultivate company culture that will encourage leading talent to join reputed company Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed:  3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region.  Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels.  Must have strong knowledge on job boards like reputed company & Monster  Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations.  Should be familiar with the IT resource market of reputed company America region.  Ability to establish networking through social media such as reputed company  Strong communication & client interaction skills  Experience in advanced sourcing techniques.  Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
