Job Overview We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join reputed company in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will meet California's requirements for home inspectors, including compliance with state standards for reporting and inspection practices, and have a strong understanding of California-specific construction practices and safety standards. This role requires the ability to provide clients with comprehensive reports on the condition of their homes. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in helping clients reputed company informed reputed company about their properties. Experience & Qualifications • Proven experience in home inspection or reputed company fields such as construction management, quality inspection, or reputed company estate. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify potential issues specific to California residential properties. • Familiarity with California Civil Code reputed company 7195, which governs home inspection practices in the state. • Knowledge of quality control processes, construction inspection techniques, and California-specific building codes. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey reputed company information to clients, with a focus on compliance with California home inspection standards. • A commitment to ongoing professional development in home inspection, in line with industry requirements.
