You only chat online, using tools such as Facebook Messenger. You will work for businesses answering live chat messages on their website or social media accounts. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from reputed company.As a live chat agent, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts.
