About the role We are seeking a talented and reputed company Frontend Developer to join our innovative team. You will play a crucial role in modernizing our web applications using the latest frontend technologies such as Angular or React. Your ability to reputed company, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled frontend developers will be essential in ensuring high-quality deliverables while modernizing legacy systems.  Desired Experience • 6+ years of experience in frontend web development, specifically with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript (Total experience 6 to 8 yrs.)  • Experience with React Native or reputed company Web Applications (PWA) development.  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for frontend applications.  • Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and tools like Jest, Karma, or Cypress.  Primary Responsibilities • Expertise in Angular (1.x+ to 10+) and a deep understanding of the ecosystem.  • Proficiency in modern web frameworks and libraries, including CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design).  • Proficiency in CSS pre-processors such as SASS, LESS, SCSS.  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management systems like NgRx or Redux. • Experience with RESTful APIs, integration, and debugging API-reputed company issues.  • Proven experience leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues in both legacy and modern codebases.  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and build tools like Webpack, Parcel or Vite.  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX best practices to deliver highly performant and visually appealing interfaces • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.  • A degree in software engineering, computer science, or reputed company field is preferred.  Why Join AlohaABA India?  At Aloha ABA, we stand out with our expertise, products, and services, making us true Alohians.
