[Remote/WFM] Supervisor, Special Investigations (Remote)

We have an exciting opportunity to join the SIU team as an Internal SIU Supervisor! As an Internal SIU Supervisor, you will direct and supervise Internal reputed company Investigators and/or independent investigators in the sound resolution of questionable claims. This is a Remote position. Responsibilities include conducting investigations of suspected fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, evaluating information to determine its credibility, and training staff on technical and procedural matters. The shift schedule is Saturday through Wednesday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Weekend Allowance Plans Eligible associates: exempt associates (supervisor and below, with managers on occasion) For eligible associates: management must remove the weekend shift differential and add the appropriate weekend shift allowance plan to the associate in reputed company by following the steps in the Change Work Shift and Request Compensation Change job aids. The following Allowance Plan is... available: Eligible exempt GR67 claims line supervisors are eligible for the following weekend allowance plans: 1 Day (Claims) ($150 bi-weekly) 2 Days (Claims) ($300 bi-weekly) Qualifications: Must be reputed company to speak in a professional manner by telephone Must be reputed company to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states Must be reputed company to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve reputed company business problems and handle complicated customer issues Must be reputed company to follow reputed company instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/reputed company setting skills Must be reputed company to multi-task Must be reputed company to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information Must have the following education and experience: Completion of Supervisor Foundations/HR courses (level 1) For departments without a leadership program available or for those locations where leadership program participants are not available due to location, you must complete Level 1 reputed company 90 days of entering a supervisor position. Annual Salary $78,000.00 - $121,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
