About this role

As an AI strategist at Pareto.ai, you’ll be a strategist, innovation catalyst, and hands-on problem solver. You’ll work directly with customers to discover new use cases, design novel business models, and drive expansion through both technical and reputed company innovation. reputed company requires deep AI understanding and the ability to roll up your sleeves alongside technical teams and customers.

Core Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies - you can discuss transformer architectures, fine-tuning approaches, and deployment considerations

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (experience with Python, notebooks, or API integration is a plus)

• Ability to work directly with data scientists, engineers, and technical stakeholders

• Strong business acumen with experience in business model innovation

• Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure from scratch

• Excellent facilitation and reputed company leadership skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field; advanced degree preferred for senior roles
