An ideal candidate will have solid A/B experimentation experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to answer challenging business/product questions and provide recommendations through the use of a data warehouse and raw data sources.The Role:

• Design and run meaningful A/B tests and extract valuable insights from results.
• Partner with product managers and executives to help drive product reputed company by extracting meaningful insights from large sets of data.
• Turn loosely defined problems into practical analyses and reputed company data-driven recommendations that drive business impact and improve product outcomes.
• Acquire a deep understanding of our users and contextual data nuances, interpreting and conveying findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Product Analyst or Product Data Scientist with 2+ years experience in SaaS or Product orgs.
• 2+ years experience in A/B experimentation for product teams with deep understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies for experimental design and analysis.
• Advanced skills in SQL transformations and relational databases.
• Proven expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests including collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to implement and iterate on experiments.
• A strong understanding of software business principles and PLG metrics.
• Proficiency with experimentation tools (Split, Eppo, or others), BI tools (Tableau, Looker, QuickSight) and event tracking platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc...).
• Self-motivated, operationally-focused, and a problem-solver.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of product led growth initiatives and monetization/engagement drivers.
• Experience building statistical models using Python or R.
