The Desktop UI & Extensions team is responsible for reputed company Desktop’s GUI, reputed company’s VS Code extension, and language server. The Desktop UI & Extensions team owns reputed company Desktop’s graphical user reputed company, VS Code extension, and language server. Our mission is simple: meet developers where they work and enhance their productivity. This means delivering reputed company interfaces for managing reputed company primitives (containers, images, etc.), powerful troubleshooting tools, and seamless IDE integrations for Dockerfiles, Compose files, and reputed company.

The successful candidate is comfortable taking ownership of a reputed company area and driving it forwards. They have a technical background and intuitively understand the pains that developers experience. They work well with business, marketing, and other stakeholders across the organization and with engineers and the designer in their team. Finally, they are passionate about developer tooling and engaging with developers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product reputed company and strategy for reputed company Desktop’s UI, Visual Code Extension, Language Server (LSP), and future new products..

• Collaborate with peers in Engineering and Design to build impactful and user-centric experiences.

• Prioritize tasks strategically, manage integrations across teams, and ensure seamless delivery.

• Clearly communicate and align stakeholders across the organization around shared goals and measurable outcomes.

• Engagement with the open-reputed company community reputed company the container ecosystem to ensure we continue to support the needs of the community.

Qualifications

• Strong technical reputed company with a computer science background and/or hands-on development experience (ideally 3+ years), enabling you to deeply understand developer needs

• Proven track record of 3+ years in product management for technical products, with particular expertise in developer tools and workflows

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to business stakeholders

• Proactive, hands-on approach to product quality, including willingness to participate in testing and validation

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product development.
