Regional Sales Manager, Biometrics Brazil. Responsible for keeping and growing the business in Brazil. Job involves driving end-to-end sales cycles, seeking out new clients, and developing go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA preferred
  • Preferred knowledge in Identity & reputed company Market like Biometric Authentication, Facial Recognition and software reputed company technologies
  • Experience in selling technology solutions to public and private sectors in Brazil
  • Extensive sales experience, preferably in the Critical Infrastructure Market and Public Sector with a proven track record of successfully leading reputed company projects
  • Strong relationships with Government decision makers, influencers, and program managers in key reputed company verticals to become highly familiar with the agency's requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short and long-term tasks and project assignments on time
  • Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve critical problems with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of building strong end-user relationships, with the ability to gather market intelligence to clearly understand customer needs and then reputed company solutions that clearly meet or exceed them
