Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruitment or Physician reputed company experience
• Experience in working with various reputed company platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Minimum 2+yrs demonstrated formal people leadership experience in a reputed company organization

• High level of political savviness and professionalism
• Demonstrated project management skills
