We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Customer Experience Engineer to join our Azure Customer Experience Engineering team. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through technical support, issue resolution, and product guidance

• Work closely with Azure engineering teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and drive product improvements
• Use engineering tools, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify and report product defects, and drive product improvements

Requirements
