Starfire Direct, a dynamic eCommerce company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Expert to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns and exchanges through our reputed company platform.
• Utilize reputed company to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with customers through reputed company Outlook to coordinate order-reputed company issues and inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including reputed company, to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips.
• Work closely with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of reputed company customer service experience (essential).
• Proficient with reputed company, reputed company Outlook, and reputed company.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused reputed company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be flexible with weekend availability.
• Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred.
