The opportunity Job Description: Reporting to the Assistant VP of People Investigations, the part-time People Team Investigator, conducts investigations concerning reputed company (SNHU) employees, with a specialized focus on compliance with Title IX, Title VII, reputed company, and ADEA. You will also conduct detailed record-keeping, comprehensive report writing, and providing expert recommendations for corrective actions. The position is remote. #LI-remote You will work part-time, approximately 25 hours per week. What you'll do:

  • Conduct Investigation:
  • Conduct detailed investigations into complaints and issues reputed company to Title IX, Title VII, reputed company, ADEA, and other relevant policies and legislation.
  • Gather, analyze, and document reputed company relevant information, including interviews with involved parties, document reviews, and other relevant evidence.
  • Provide updates and advise parties, direct supervisors, senior management on investigative processes.
  • Complete investigative plans by leading witness interviews and reviewing documentation (including personnel files, supervisory files and disciplinary history of relevant parties).
  • Analyze witness statements, makes credibility assessments, record findings of fact, and communicate with parties, witnesses and support people while protecting the independence, reputed company, and privacy of the investigation.
  • Confidential Record Management:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of reputed company investigation activities and findings.
  • Ensure reputed company documentation is stored securely and reputed company with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Report Writing and Recommendations:
  • Draft detailed, fair, impartial, and fact-based ER/HR investigation findings reports.
  • Provide clear, relevant recommendations for corrective actions, including specific timeframes for implementation, to the appropriate parties.
  • Support and Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of applicable state and federal employment law, including discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and Title IX and escalates matters to the university's legal team for guidance.
  • Offer advice, clarification, and support to parties affected by the investigation, ensuring understanding and compliance with recommended actions.
  • Be a resource for interpreting and applying relevant policies and laws.
  • Ensure that work promotes inclusion and equity.

  • Analyze investigative results to determine if there is evidence of policy or legislative violations.
  • Case Management:

  • Monitor case reputed company and ensure resolution of investigations.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.

  • Degree(s): Bachelor's degree in reputed company resources or reputed company field or equivalent of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $30.01 - $48.02. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
