The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership in managing sales professionals with a strong record of achieving results. Preference will be given to applicants that live in proximity to our Uxbridge, MA headquarters. Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) oversees sales performance for assigned regions by creating and implementing strategy, managing and supporting their team, and maintaining internal relationships. The RSM position is remote reputed company the New England area, with occasional reporting to the Uxbridge, MA headquarters as required. Travel is estimated at 30%-50%. Requirements

  • 5+ years of actual high-performance sales experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries; specifically drives & motors
  • 5+ years' experience as a manager with exceptional leadership skills & ability to reputed company teams and drive results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company and influence at reputed company levels
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams
  • Experience with multi-channel sales approaches
  • Technical undergraduate degree + MBA (preferred)
