Director of Strategic Marketing

Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing, we’re seeking a visionary and commercially driven leader to shape and execute transformative marketing strategies across a portfolio of 90 online postgraduate programs in partnership with 10+ leading Australian universities.

As Director of Strategic Marketing, you’ll champion student-centric marketing, reputed company high-impact brand and performance campaigns, and drive enrolment growth through deep market insights and reputed company B2C strategies. You’ll reputed company and reputed company a team of ~14, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reputed company improvement.

Education:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or reputed company fields.
• Postgraduate education highly desirable

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years experience in marketing roles, ideally in reputed company or service based sales industries.
• Experience with high-commitment reputed company buying journeys is highly desirable with understanding of reputed company across the full consumer lifecycle.
• Experience driving change through an organisation or team to deliver improved outcomes.
• Proven experience running a portfolio or marketing function to drive growth.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive business focussed outcomes internally and externally.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and navigating matrixed stakeholder environments.
• Strong reputed company acumen with a history of delivering measurable business results.

Technical:

• Leans into analytics and data and is highly confident using data and insights to inform strategy, optimise performance, and drive reputed company improvement.
• Strong understanding of marketing platforms (e.g. reputed company Analytics, CRM, media dashboards).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Special Requirements:
