As the Global Product Lead, you will own the strategy that defines how our customers engage with arenaflex’s measurement products and privacy framework, while leading a virtual team of regional experts to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes across markets.

As the Global Product Lead, you will be the architect of our measurement and privacy go-to-market strategy, ensuring that arenaflex remains the trusted partner of choice for advertisers, agencies, and partners worldwide.

You will collaborate with senior product, engineering, marketing, and sales leaders to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, identify market opportunities, and develop the programs and incentives that drive adoption at scale. Your work will directly influence how arenaflex’s measurement solutions reach the market, how sales teams position them, and how customers experience them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Own Global Strategy: Lead the end-to-end development of arenaflex’s product and go-to-market strategy for Measurement and Privacy within the Customer Solutions organization, from initial concept through global scale.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert: Establish yourself as the foremost authority on arenaflex’s privacy ecosystem and measurement product suite, including how customers leverage these tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive Product Roadmap Influence: Identify critical product needs across the Customer Solutions organization and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmaps, execute action plans, and deliver innovations that solve real customer problems.
  • Enable Global Readiness: Partner with regional teams to ensure that promoters and field experts are fully prepared to support new product launches and feature rollouts, with consistent messaging and best-in-class enablement materials.
  • Develop Best-in-Class Collateral: Create, refine, and scale planning guides, pitch decks, and measurement frameworks that empower sales teams globally to engage customers with confidence and clarity.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales leadership to identify and size market opportunities, design programs to capture them, and drive execution against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Lead a Virtual Global Team: Manage and inspire a distributed team of regional product specialists, fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the consistent application of best practices across geographies.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Translate ambitious goals into tactical quarterly objectives, ensuring alignment across functions and measurable progress against key business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, or related functions within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • 3 years of experience working directly with executive stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to influence and align senior decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, Master’s degree, or PhD in business, marketing, technology, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience working with digital advertising products, ideally in the measurement or analytics space.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Demonstrated skill in setting ambitious goals and translating them into tactical, measurable quarterly plans.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of leading complex operational and strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. For this position, the US base salary range is $140,000 to $209,000, plus bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
