About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of our data integrity. Your primary responsibility will be to input, verify, and maintain a wide variety of information across our internal databases and computer systems. You’ll work independently from the comfort of your home office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure that every piece of data—whether it’s a member record, training schedule, or equipment inventory—is captured accurately and stored securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input & Verification: Insert text‑based and numerical information from source documents into our digital platforms, meeting established time‑frame targets without sacrificing quality.
  • Document Preparation: Compile, sort, and prioritize source documents to streamline the entry process, ensuring that all required fields are complete before data entry begins.
  • Error Detection & Correction: Review entered data for inconsistencies, resolve incompatibilities where possible, and perform final checks to guarantee output accuracy.
  • Research & Completion: Investigate missing or incomplete information, reaching out to internal stakeholders or external sources to fill gaps.
  • Procedural Application: Apply standardized data‑entry techniques, follow established protocols, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting & Archiving: Generate routine reports, store completed work in designated digital repositories, and execute backup operations to protect data integrity.
  • Scanning & Printing: Operate scanners and printers as needed to digitize physical documents and produce hard‑copy copies for audit purposes.
  • Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive information, adhering to privacy policies and ensuring that confidential data is only accessed by authorized personnel.
  • Support & Query Response: Respond promptly to internal queries for information, providing accurate data extracts and guiding colleagues on file retrieval.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, File Clerk, or Office Clerk with a track record of high‑volume, high‑accuracy work.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data‑management software.
  • Hands‑on experience using office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and multi‑function printers.
