Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data analysis initiatives, develop robust reporting frameworks, and enforce best‑practice methodologies to improve the accuracy and timeliness of real‑estate metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and implement new tools, processes, and dashboards that enhance performance across Real Estate, Airport Operations, and Corporate Facilities.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit analyses to support pricing decisions related to airport lease allocations and staffing requirements.
  • Collect, cleanse, and transform raw data sets into clear, visual, and actionable findings that can be understood at all leadership levels.
  • Drive recommendations and provide strategic guidance on the real‑estate analytics toolkit, including data governance structures, workflow templates, and access permissions.
  • Assist senior leadership with data collection, analysis, and reporting for department‑driven KPIs and strategic initiatives.
