Position Overview – Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist to join its APAC finance and payroll team, based primarily out of the Philippines. In this role, you will serve as the frontline guardian of customer data, ensuring that every piece of information entered into arenaflex’s systems is accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. You will interact with customers via live chat, resolve inquiries in real time, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain data consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat Data Entry: Provide timely and accurate data entry support through arenaflex’s live‑chat platform, capturing customer details, subscription changes, and support tickets with zero errors.
