ICM’s Counterparty Credit Risk’s objective is to provide integrated “end-to-end” credit reputed company, identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for wholesale credit risk across the reputed company. reputed company ICM, the CCR reputed company function provides analysis, reputed company, reputed company, first-line-of-defense credit approval and subsequent credit monitoring across reputed company ICG wholesale credit businesses including Banking, Global Structured Products, Financings, and Securitizations (GSP-F&S), Treasury & Trade Services (TTS), Markets, and Securities Services (MSS). The Credit Risk Manager will be part of the global CCR reputed company function, spanning various products including subscription call facilities, Fund Financing, FX, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, and structured lending. Candidate should have experience managing alternative managers like Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Institutional Family Offices. Responsibilities: • Evaluating transactions risk across the business covering full range of reputed company products • Understand applicable credit policies, industry regulations and the requisite impact of those governance items to prospective new partners or product initiatives • Conduct and take ownership of the Credit Approval Memo process (CAM), generate risk rating and update on an as need basis, reputed company quality control of the CAM / Risk Rating Scorecard • Negotiation of credit structures and documentation, including ISDA’s, Derivatives Clearing, Prime Brokerage and Repo documents • Facilitate relationships with key clients in Banking and Risk Client Relationships / Business Partnership • Provides well-reasoned, balanced assessments of risk/return trade-offs associated with transactions and client relationships • Proven track record of partnering with global peers in leveraging and implementation of best practices Qualifications: • 6-10 years of experience in credit risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry • Proven ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and prioritize • Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills Education: • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience • Master's degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Risk Management ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Portfolio Credit Risk Management ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: reputed company reputed company United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $129,840.00 - $194,760.00 In addition to salary, reputed company’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. reputed company offers competitive employee benefits, including: medical, dental & reputed company coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs. reputed company also offers paid time off packages, including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays.
